This is the bottle of Ayahuasca (AKA The HOLY GRAIL) I bought in the shaman/healing section of Belen Market. It cost 70 soles ($23US) for 1 liter. To make one liter of Ayahuasca you start off with 25 liters of the root and psychedelic leaf and dilute it down for 12 hours over a big pot.


Of course I will be having my first ayahuasca experience with a shaman tonight since I would like a co-pilot on my first journey and after that I will have something to entertain myself on those long bus rides haha.
