Chachapoyas Peru- Karajia

This was a funerary site of a Peruvian culture that dated between 1000-1600. When I asked if it was 1000-1600AD (which I naturally assumed) 3 spanish people simultaneously shook their head and said "Noooooooo! DC!!!". Boy, did I feel stupid. Later we found out that in english we have "BC" or "AD" and in spanish they have "AC" or "DC" so they thought my "AD" was there "AC" (BC). Now in spanish all you have to do is think of the popular rock band "AC/DC" and it is easy to remember.
