Vilcabamba Ecuador

 Here is a little school I passed by and stuck my camera through the bars to take this picture. It looks like what a school would like out of the 1930's in North America.

 Here is the warning letter that is everywhere in Vilcabamba warning people not to climb Mandango Mountain due to 3 men with machetes robbing people and if you do then it is forbidden to bring any valuables including your camera and to go in groups of 4 or more. Just give me a machete and I will take care of this problem! no problemo!

 This is a little church at the main square of Vilcabamba.

 In the background is Mandango Mountain with its high peaks and behind this building is the bus station. Little markets are set up here duing the day.

This was my lunch this afternoon (Sunday). I ordered Nachos!! The tacos were doritos tacos with lots of guatemole and cheese. It was delicious!
