Cuenca Ecuador Friday night

I forgot to add this picture to the last entry. There are 3 places beside each other selling guinea pig and we went into the first one here on the left. You guys have probably already figured out that you can blow these pictures up by clicking on them once and blow them up even more by clicking on them again. On the left hand side behind the man standing is the white corn that I don't like (No me gusta!!).


On a side note I am leaving to Vilcabamba tomorrow morning which I believe I will have to take a 5 hour bus to Loja and then transfer to another bus or minibus for Vilcabamba which is another hours drive south. Also I should mention that this isn't the Vilcabamba that was the last capital of the Incas during their rebellion with the Conquistadors because that Vilcabamba is in Peru closer to Cuzco. There is no bank in Vilcabamba so you have to bring cash with you and I think it is really just a sleepy little town where you can just chill out and relax. It will be a good base to start my journey into Peru.


Tonight when I got home from our guinea pig adventure I met a couple from Alberta staying in the room across from me. They are here with their daughter and hoping to live here fulltime and just got here a couple days ago from Canada.
