La Paz

This is Dave from Queens NY. He has spent the last 14 years in San Pedro prison in La Paz Bolivia and this is his second day of freedom. 14 years ago he thought he would make a quick $10,000US for bringing some liquid cocaine from Bolivia back to the states but obvious got caught in Bolivia. There is a book called "Marching powder" that is written by a previous gringo prisoner in San Pedro prison about how it operates. You have to pay for your own food in this prison and Dave now owes the US government 14 years of food and expenses since the US Embassy gave him the loan.
