Lake Titicaca: Uros- The floating islands

This is a map of Lake Titicaca. It is a lot bigger than I thought. You can see the town of Puno and the shaded green area are the floating islands of Uros which as you can see is more in a bay and goes through an inlet to the big lake where the many islands are. You can see the dotted line that separates the Peruvian side and the Bolivian side of the lake. To go from Puno to the Isla of Amantani (located below the "L" in LAGO) is probably 40km away from Puno.
