This was on the sidewalk just a little ways from the main plaza of Cuzco. Qosqo (Cuzco) was the capital of the Inca empire and it was made in the shape of a puma as shown here and the 4 arrows shows the direction where the 4 districts or provinces of the old Inca empire were located in relation to Cuzco. The Inca empire stretched from southern Colombia to Chile and Argentina.
