La Paz

I see these "zebras" throughout La Paz as we drive 45 minutes just to get out of the city. They direct traffic at times by waving cars one way or another. I assume they must be young people as I see them hugging each other regularly and dancing around like they are happy. I certainly wouldn't be happy wearing that outfit under the hot sun all day.
