Copacabana to La Paz

Our bus ride was 3 1/2 hours from Copacabana to La Paz and 40 minutes of that was just driving through La Paz. Our bus stopped for traffic and we all casually looked to the right out of our windows to see down below the city just goes forever in the valley surrounded by mountains.
